![]() | open source decompression tables. I'm building my own dive computer for a CCR (not for commersial use) and are in need of decompression tables/algorithms to make it complete. I'm searching for info about decompression tables and have been looking at the VPM which is an excell sheet and macros in basic. I have also been looking at the "open source code dive computer" where the code are written in asm for a PIC microcontroller. I have also been looking at "v-planner live" which seems to consume a lot of program-memmory and need a 32bit floatingpoint controller. I'm writing my code in C on a 16bit microcontoller with limited programmemmory (255k). Do you have any recomendations where to understand decompression therory so I konw what I'm doing? I have ofcause some theories about what's happening, but I want to be exact. Are there any other open source decompression tables/algorithms that are availible and maybe already written in C? Or do you have any other recomendations to help me out? /Daniel Grafström |

I found this site very helpful DIY DECOMPRESSION and Stuart is a member of this forum so you may get some direct answers if you talk niceI'm searching for info about decompression tables and have been looking at the VPM which is an excell sheet and macros in basic.
