First of all, Gio, Margaret Malewski sent you an immediate private e-mail the moment you said you had a problem. Second, I replied to your post in the private Liquivision forum which is for customers only. Third, I then replied to your post on Rebreatherworld! And we are going to replace your unit. What more can we do?

For those interested, we would never ship a unit which had a vacuum void visible on the display at the time of quality control. In fact we have a large number of units sitting in our manufacturing house that have been rejected and never shipped to customers, due to minor cosmetic imperfections.

Re: Liquivision Air Bubble on display

Guys,

For what is worth.....

I recently purchased an X1.

I had a few questions - emailed Liquivision and Margaret responded very promptly.

In my experience with Liquivision - the service was great.

The X1 is a neat, compact, excellent product.

Escuse me Eric
but from Margaret i've sent a lot of mails! No answare! Only one answare at the beginning where we spoken about air bubble!
Yesterday and to day i've send a lot of mails, but anytime i've recived a error message from your server like this:

- These recipients of your message have been processed by the mail
server:
margaret.malewski@liquivision.ca; Failed; 5.1.2 (bad destination system
address)

Remote MTA maila.liquivision.ca: network error

So i'd like to know the procedure to replace my X1?

Escuse me

Gio

Hi Gio,
This is why there's a dealer net. Just go to the Italian dealer, he will sort it out for you. Isn't it?

Cheers

Nad

There's something amusing about an Italian being pissed off that someone doesn't answer his email at midnight on a Sunday:

Italian Workers Ask For 6-Hour Day With Same Wages and No Closing of P... - Article Preview - The New York Times

EDIT - I'd better be careful, turns out Canadians are even worse! Thank God I'm not Korean!

Equally as amusing? A tenured professor pointing the finger at other people's work ethic .

Tenured prof may have great work ethic, but still pretty much made out of asbestos/fireproof.
