![]() | Re: Liquivision Air Bubble on display From Liquivision I've only recived answer on pubblic or private orum, but nothig in my privete mail whay? First of all, Gio, Margaret Malewski sent you an immediate private e-mail the moment you said you had a problem. Second, I replied to your post in the private Liquivision forum which is for customers only. Third, I then replied to your post on Rebreatherworld! And we are going to replace your unit. What more can we do?Gio For those interested, we would never ship a unit which had a vacuum void visible on the display at the time of quality control. In fact we have a large number of units sitting in our manufacturing house that have been rejected and never shipped to customers, due to minor cosmetic imperfections. ![]() | Re: Liquivision Air Bubble on display Guys, For what is worth..... I recently purchased an X1. I had a few questions - emailed Liquivision and Margaret responded very promptly. In my experience with Liquivision - the service was great. The X1 is a neat, compact, excellent product. Greg |
