| pursuit deco simulation Hi, I an considering the purchase of a pursuit or a nitek X, don't know yet. If I take a pursuit for example, which deco soft must I use to simulate the pursuit deco in order to check it will fit my needs ? are we sure that every buhlman/gf's program will generate the same profile ? regards jean mi

I have been thinking about getting a GF CCR program. I believe nautilus do it but I tried the free down load and I couldn't test out any trimix CCR profiles against known dives so i am not too sure With deco planner you have to sort out ascent and decent rates and which model your using to get a close match with the Shearwater. | Re: pursuit deco simulation You might also want to look at ANDI GAP... The main features are: • GAP has both the RGBM and the Bühlmann decompression models. • GAP can show decompression schedules from both models graphically in the profile window simultaneously. • GAP supports dives with open circuit and constant PPO2. • GAP supports custom nitrox and trimix mixes and will suggest optimal mixes for a given dive. • GAP supports metric and imperial units. • GAP supports multiple gas switches during the dive and decompression. • GAP utilises templates for personalised settings. • GAP generates extensive reports about the dive, including decompression, oxygen tracking, END and gas consumption. • GAP easily generates bailout tables. • GAP has a table expert which allows you quickly to generate square profiles for many dive depths/durations at the same time. • GAP has a gas mixer tool that uses partial pressure blending. • GAP can output the information to paper or in HTML or CSV files. |

| Re: pursuit deco simulation GAP, also the older freeware, has GF, so work fine together with shearwater GAP-Software Cheers Ossi |

| Re: pursuit deco simulation Hi Jean Mi, I'm using FreePlanner http://www.freeplanner.org to cut tables as a backup to my Pursuit. FreePlanner does Buhlmann with GF.

Mark, go here and register for a demo version and we will send you download and activation codes. ATB Mark Nautilus will allow you to run Buhlman with GF in CCR mode and switch to OC bail out ..... simple and easy. Cheers JDS
