![]() | Trimix Dive Computer First of all i want to say hallo to all the members. I'm from Greece and I'm still diving with scuba but I'm interested in rebreathers. I'm searching for a trimix dive computer that will be usefull in the future also to a rebreather. I found something interesting to a site and I want to listen to opinions from people that might have tried it. The adress is HeinrichsWeikamp GbR Thank u, I 'm looking forward to your comments |

![]() | Re: Trimix Dive Computer I just received the OSTC from them and i like the display very much ( almost like X1 ). Iīm not sure but i think itīs called bionic or so, very nice background illumination. Sofar the standard software can not calculate constant PO2 but i believe they are working on this. I didnīt dive it yet so no more experience from my side. Nice piece for a very good price but until now only for OC. Check the link York mentioned, a lot of info there. |

| New Member Current Rebreather/s: | Re: Trimix Dive Computer You can have a standalone constant ppo2 trimix computer or an online one which monitors your O2 cell readings and uses the ppo2 profile you have actually done as opposed to the one that you told it you were going to do before the dive. If you want a standalone constant ppo2 computer then there are a few good ones out there but the X1 and Shearwater Pursuit are the 2 that I really like. If you want online deco then the Shearwater Pursuit is the only one that I know of that can monitor 3 O2 cells so that's the one I'd go for. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Trimix Dive Computer Hi komni, I dive an Inspo Vison and used to run it with a stand alone VR3 fully unlocked with closed circuit trimix as a back up computer. However I now have a Shearwater Pursuit which I find a much better computer, the gradient factors run extremely close and both have a rolling ceiling rather than the VR3 which would give me much deeper stops. Also the Shearwater has a 3 cell monitoring option which gives real PPO2 monitoring on the fly and is great for getting out of Dodge if the electronics go down on the Vision. Just watch the display and manual inject O2 as and when required! The Shearwater screen is easier to read underwater and combined with my HUD gives me what I call a triangle of life. The shearwater is the only computer You will ever need and has an excellent customer service based in the UK. CONTACT brent@divetheworld.org.uk Hope you found this helpful. Yoda ![]()

Not quite correct.... the Delta-P URM can monitor 3 cells as well, and like the shearwater... yo can start out with the VR3 and build up to the rebreather. |
