| HI, Before the easter weekend I did a try out dive in a pool. On this dive I had 0,70 0,04 and 0,68 as readings from my cells on the dsiplay. When dismantling the kidney from my KISS one of the molex pins was broken. I replaced this pin, but no change in readings. ![]() I have tried with a new O2 cell and with the other 7 pin connector on the kidney. Still the display shows 0,04 or so as PO2 reading. When checking the cell with a voltmeter it shows a higher voltage than the Sub Sea display does. Should I change the other molex pin as well? What could otherwise be wrong?

| Re: Sub Sea display not showing PO2 values from 1 cell Hi all, Here's Jasons answer from the PM: Hi Hakan, It must be a wiring problem, as there's no realistic chance of anything going wrong inside the kidney. To check the kidney, do the following: 1. Check for any damage to the soft sensor wires. They can become pinched when assembling the kidney to the head. 2. Disconnect eveything, including the sensors. 3. Put an ohm meter across the red and black wires in the molex connector for sensor 2, you should see 10k ohms, or very close to it. 4. Put an ohm meter between the red molex for sensor 2 and the red molex for sensor 1, you sould see 20k ohms. 5. Do the same between sensor 2 red and sensor 3 red, once again it should be 20k ohms. To check the DS-1: 1. Inside the DS-1, near the battery a BROWN wire is soldered to the PCB. Make sure this wire is in place. 2. With a sensor connected in the sensor 2 position, use a millivolt meter to check the voltage arriving at the DS-1. Place the BLACK voltmeter lead on the solder pad where the YELLOW wire is soldered to the PCB. Place the RED voltmeter lead on the solder pad where the BROWN wire is soldered to the PCB. 3. The voltmeter should show the millivolts from the sensor. Let me know how you go. Regards, Jason. I'll be testing this this weekend. I'll let you all know how it works out.
