My friend gonna ask for a cancellation and refund and we gonna buy other stuff to be able to dive otherwise then with an explorer starting eating batteries and a nexus unable to master helium based mixes....

X-1 or Shearwater are both out and you can get your hands on them.

of course this is the dealer I am blaming at the time not dive rite,
I must correct you on one point the dealer did not accepted money he asked money for the orders never mentionning any production delays
And they even made us believe that it was going to be priced around 800 euros, but according to the latest gossip it is going to cost closer to 1000 euros plus.

At first I wanted to buy one, but this type of behaviour makes me want to buy from a competitor.

Re: nitek X orders

Isn't it funny how projected costs are incredibly underestimated over final cost? I remember that the Liquivision target price for the X1 was supposed to be around $500 when they first announced it!

One thing about the Nitek X that I don't like are the fixed GF's of 75/95, 40/100 and 30/75. In this day and age of computing it seems that a more flexible GF package would be desirable.

Just MHO.

Re: nitek X orders

Hi Paul,

What I understood with the GFs on the Nitek X is that there is a choice of 3 presets but the user has the ability to program whatever he wants through a dedicated menu.
