Shearwater Pursuit on Right Arm?

Who wears their Shearwater Pursuit on their right arm? How well does it work out with the buttons up top? Any pictures?

Thanks!
Paul

Not done it on the Shearwater but I ran my VR3 like this and you very quickly get used to the buttons being reversed.

Works fine for me. Screen stays in 'flipped' position. Buttons work just as well. You just need to remember to have the Shearwater label upsidedown when you put the puter on the arm

Yes.

Thanks for the replies everyone, looks like it won't be an issue. I wasn't sure how the battery compartment would effect comfort/function since its at the bottom of the unit when flipped.

Its no problem. If memeory serves the buttons swith function so the left button is the left button when flipped. In other words the left button always does the left button things weather its flipped or not.

Re: Shearwater Pursuit on Right Arm?

I did this today for the first time. the button also reverse their function so use it as normal, but with the buttons higher up on the case. Easy as. Another top rating for Bruce!

Re: Shearwater Pursuit on Right Arm?

I used a Pursuit on my right arm and it worked a charm. The screen flip feature is pretty sweet and I absolutely dig the ambient light sensor - makes getting your information as easy as looking, no fumbling for buttons to get the backlight on. Also, no issues with using the buttons.

Nice computer.
