And it doesn't help me a lot Size 014 and 016 ... what are the corresponding diameter and width?Those are standard o-ring sizes (as568a) dash number. most scuba o-ring kits have them.. for the common sizes the BS designation is the same as well This is a low pressure static application so the shore rating really isn't important... any common o-ring will work.. I use 75 shora orings, isnce all my oring in my kit are viton whether they need be or not..

(Sorry, I glanced at it but didn't see.) Do you suggest lubing the o-rings (so that they can potentially attract debris) or leaving them dry? |

Kevin is having a bunch of screw in cap assemblies (cap, spring & O-ring) for the Delrin handsets made. They should be available in a week or two. I envisioned one of those slipping out of my fingers and rolling into the water or some other abyss and ending a day or more of diving. Just ordered a few to keep in the tool box. Richie |
