| which pp02 display ! ok ive just supa glued my ck display back together for the last (fith)time, after the end display keeps trying to escape from the rest of its friends, due to the weak design style. I have looked at the c2 display, but i am not really that keen on pendent style displays having had a classic inspro. before and found that they were not always that easy to see on penetration dives when there is not a lot of room. It seems that the Shearwater display is coming out tops at the moment,as i have heard some good feed back on its reliabilaty and design, But i am sure there must be others to choose from. I would appreciate any comments on the displays you guys use and why thanks in advance Ray ![]() |

I've seen it, know some people who dive it and know Bruce. Good product and good customer service. The wrist unit is also available without deco, which can be added later. Other options are the Hammerhead secondary/DIVA HUD combo from Juergensen and the URM with HUD (without the pendent display) from DeltaP. Neither of those would offer independent redundancy as the HUDs are just repeat displays. Without integrated deco, just as a pO2 display, the Sub Sea Systems from Australia looks well made. Can be wrist-mounted, either left or right side so you can get two for independent redundancy, and a status HUD is also available. Haven't seen it yet, but looks good. So is the feedback from people using them on their Jetsam and Colkan CCRs. Don't know if other pO2 displays are set up for wrist-mounting.

The calibration menu is simple and intuitive and much fast than the KISS triple displays. If you opt for a HUD, it's a simple geen is good red is check you display system that needs no explanation. You can also get a cable to hardwire in a VR$ or Shearwater, etc.

| Re: which pp02 display ! Persuit PPO2 display (without deco) is another option. + no need to open for calibration - Unknown quantity when considering independancy of 3 channels Mark Munro displays (either built yourself or ready made by Martin from Tecme.de) + single displays for combination with e.g. VR3 or HUD + tripple displays with mostly separate electronics. (although in one housing 1 battery) - open to calibrate I opted to use persuit ppo2 display WITH a single KISS display because I don't completely trust peruit.

If someone would feel like it I'm pretty sure the current rEvodream displays can be used on the wrist if one opens it up, rotates the inner parts by 90° and then add some kind of home made wrist strap by the gauge mounting holes on it.
