I was going to do that very thing when a used older style KISS display came available. As I'm not made of money (someone please tell my wife) I had to go with the lesser of the 2.

Carl at Sartek makes great stuff.

However if bells, whistles, an on board trimix computer, and a vibrating HUD interests you, my Juergensen Hammerhead Secondary with HUD hasn't missed a beat.

Thanks for all the info.
The sub Sea is looking good at the moment ,but if i were to go for the HUD option, do you know if it is independent from the digital display, or should i get some other back up.

Sub seas hud is fully DEPENDENT... sadly... its a lovely package apart from that

The HUD runs off the primary display. You can also run another computer or display that will ready all 3 sensors, giving you complete redundency.

What attracted me is the isolation between the 2 displays. You have TRUE independent displays on all 3 sensors and not just paralleled devices.
