| Re: X1 Heavy duty wrist strap OK. For the moment a solution like the original strap plus a sandows can be ok. Until Tobin release a mount. But still the question : I'm thinking that if I change it for bungy, that the bungy will not hold it still enough and allow it to rotate around the arm when tapping. Lore |

| Re: X1 Heavy duty wrist strap The folks at LiquidVision were kind enough to send me an X1 case and interface to use to develop a bungee ready mount. I just received the goods, so it will be ~ January before I have a mold designed and built. Hi Tobin,Tobin Your mounts look very nice. I wait for the X1 version. Do you have solution to deliver it in Europe, at reasonable cost ? Lore |

Keep us posted on that one.Tobin In my case, although the strap looks unbreakable, I have replaced it by a Dive Rite Cinch Strap. It's a inch wide elastic band with a plastic buckle. It does the job.

| well i dunno bout that. what if you dropped in side a wrek? or it fell face down? In answer to your question, spot the X1...i saw an hs explorer disappear in a sand bottom quarry w/ 20 ft vis, fell off a wrist and poof into oblivion. Of course that wasnt exactly the same as losing an x1....... ![]() ![]()

| I've been asked by a couple of people where the picture came from. It's from my first review of the X1 Why I bought an X1 thread I had intended to get a few more dives in before doing a review, but since SWM had been down for a couple of days due to Fasthosts being useless, I thought it would be of interest to those who'd been missing their daily fix. I'll add more detailed comments on here once I get some proper dives done. Needless to say, I'm very happy with it so far.

| Re: X1 Heavy duty wrist strap Forget the wrist, use a double-ender and clip it to you harness, it's easily accessed and not in the way I'd rather have it on my wrist.
