Hi Guys.
Thanx for the quick reply.

But nevertheless i dont think it is the 3/8 unf that im looking for.
the 3/8 unf is the thread on the LP holes and hoses that goes in there on the 1, stage.

the one i need is in the other end. from the end of the hose to the regulator, they are connected via some thread that i cant find anywhere.

the same thread size is used on the inspo, connecting the o2 hose to the scrubber lid.

The threads are the same as O2. Its the inside that is different. On an O2 fitting the seal is made on the beveled nipple(male) to a bevel(female) in the hose side. On the scuba hose the seal is made with an O-ring on a nipple. You can make an adaptor to fit on the 2nd stage end of a lp hose by drilling out the inside of a standard O2 fitting. I forget the drill size but it is easy to figure out, just compare it to the nipple inside the end of the lp scuba hose. The brass O2 X 1/4 npt nipples can be found at any welding supply house. Not sure this is what you need but there it is.

The AP Inspiration O2 connection is a standard reg hose connection.

I think your talking high pressure O2? we're talking the MP solinoid fitting.

No I am referring to regular old plain Jane run of the mill standard scuba lp hose. With this adaptor you can go from scuba hose (second stage end ) to 1/4" npt or whatever it is you old worlders use

I'm not sure what you are thinnking about, the lp connection on an inspiration is a 3/8 24 to the manifold, the part that goes into a lid a normal lp reg hose works. Its a 9/16 18 female (it a bit confusing because there is a center nipple that goes inside the male fitting on the lid).. The ap hose is designed to be hand tightened, but a standard reg hose works as well (just need tools to tighten).. You can also get these ends (2nd stage ends) from any M&j engineering distributor like Oxycheq.. The normal males can also be sealed with a 9/16 -18 femal without the nipple providing an oring is added to the male end..
