back in October 2006 John (divetheworld) mentioned in one of his posts here, that a company in the UK namely Ingenion (e2v) had developed a system consinsting of two different sensors with different IR frequencies detection and compensation circuit which effects a smooth transition between them with respect to ambient pressure and aslo with compensation for ambient temperature and humitidy.

I got the impression at that time that the industry was almost close to release a comercial version of this system and that by now CO2 monitoring would be standard equipment in all CC Rerbreathers.

Apparently nothing came out since then and I am just wondered if anyone has any information regarding this project.
