Thanks for sharing,
Tibby
First nine photos are from Litjåga. It always got some flow. During spring time it got very strong flow. When there have been raining for a long time during summer it may also have high flow.

Plura visibility was great this time. Two previus times the visibility was low. August 2005 the visibility was only 3-5m when I arrived to the site. Last year the visibility was about 15m in July. Plura also got some flow depending on rainfall and melting snow.

DIY 50W hid helped alot. I used it insead of a strobe.

Cool..., and the best is the pic is with the scooters. I think there are enough to dive from Hamburg to New York without any break.

Great pics. Congrat. Looks like a quite big cave. Is there any further exploration going on?

Re: Cavediving pictures from Norway

Terve

There are several cave systems in Norway. Exploration continues in quite many of them and I guess there are still many more to find. One cave includes big halls inside but some are more like side-mount places.

Looking the muddy Vikings carrying (dragging) equipment through dry caves to find some water to dive I have no words to describe it. I guess those explorers will always have places to explore? Big respect for them.

Glaciers has been on the area many times. Around 10 000 years ago for the last time and still one local glacier nearby. No idea how old the caves or karst is. I have seen no fossils there. Water temperature is usually 5 to 6 Celsius.
Thanks for the nice pictures Timo and Pasi.
