Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a dive shop with O2 in Tulum?

Robbie Schmittner at Xibalba Dive Center in Tulum has O2. He and his wife are a great info source on the area as well.

I would second Heather's opinion on Robbie. Great shop, great people, and a brand new compressor... Jim Coke (sp?) was there the whole week we were and was an incredible source of info as well as Robbie and everyone else at the shop.

Protec has O2, Rebreather tanks for rent and booster plus Matt is a great source of information on rebreathers and he can advice you about the caves profile because some caves are not very friendly for RB dive in the Riviera Maya.
I just came back last week from Playa and the service in Protec still the best!!!

I have to second this opinion. I stop in Xibalba once a week or so for this or that. Robbie and the crew do a great job.

I am not sure if Xibablba in Tulum has any. If so they do not have a booster pump.

Xibalba has oxygen (at least they did last time we were there a few months ago) pressure ranged from 1,600 to about 2,000 psi. Protec was always able to give full pressure fills.

Rent a car, drive to Playa after the dive. Get Matt to take you to Chilly Willy's

Protec will boost your O2 while you watch the donkey show.
