Yeah, but only if the electronics can't screw up otherwise.

Sad that something that simple has cost a life, the simpler the mistake the sadder the accident.

In my first CCR Training the instructor told us

there were accidents of not activated units

noone could believe,

this year it happends to me too

but i did a prebreathe of 2 minutes at surface and i got

wery hot suddenly and got off the loop , thanks

It says that the oxygen tank was not open and then says the unit was not on... which one was it, or was it both? and like I said before sad for everyone involved

It doesnt say oxygen tank (cylinder) it says oxygen equipment then further states that the cause was that the handsets were not turned on..

Alot of people turn off the handsets between dives but leave the cylinders turned on..

Hi Joe, what is the start up sequence for the Inspo? How many buttons and screens have to come up before the unit starts injecting?
