Spanners For The Inspiration

We at Kent Tooling have developed the spanners for the APD INSPIRATION RE-BREATHER to remove the the OVER PREASURE VALVE & the COUNTER LUNG T PIECE NUT.

COUNTER LUNG SPANNER


OVER PRESSURE VALVE


OVER PRESURE VALVE with the valve in place


The spanners are manufactured from MARINE GRADE 316 STAINLESS STEEL
We will supply the spanners as a set if required.

i will in form you the cost of the spanners very soon.

Would they not be better in a material other than Stainless?
I wouldn't use one of these to take my soft plastive bits of, I would of though ABS would be better or Brass, Ali

The reason i have gone for stainless steel is that i can put it in my deburing machine to take the shapness on the teeth and edges of the spanners and also the polishing machine as we have the correct materials for doing this job. Or i would have to invest on the other materials to do either brass or Aly then the spanners will be more expensive.
