Thumbs up New Meg Radial Scrubber

The first batch of new radial scubbers are off the line at ISC. I just got one for myself and wreckseeker. I must say I am very happy with the build quality and material used. This is one nice looking radial. I have test dove a Golem, an ISC pre production radial and had a look at a cis lunar radial and this is the nicest I have seen.
I want to thank the guys at ISC for getting this thing out to me in good time. We leave for Thailand in 5 days and I am so happy to have my radial in time.

it would be nice if the test results they posted for this scrubber used the same parameters that they used for other tests.. its great that they used CE test, but it would be nice if they did the 50m test since thats what they criticised the golem gear duration at.. This way we can only make a few assumptions to get reasonable inference... looking at the .08%co2 and adjusting it to 6 atas for a pco2 (instead of the 5 atas for the test), the time (for .5% sev)is very close to the golem scrubber number (.08 looks about 2:45 at 5ata on ISC vs about 2:30 but at a higher pressure).. I would be nice to see how closely it really matches..

The ISC scrubber looks VERY well built..

Thanks Marc. A couple of features I like about it are the bottom loading cap which means you don't have to cover the center tube to prevent sorb spilling into it. The nice stainless steel lifting handle which the axial should have had as well. Best of all the lower cover is spring load to reduce settling over those long bumpy boat rides. They should keep your pack nice and tight.
I have the standard size (3.6 kg) but I am not sure if I should put any absorbant pads underneath. Anyone have any thoughts on that?
The price will be under $900 I believe.

Does the standard size require a spacer? Or does it just sit on the bottom of the can?
