Salvo 21W HID Head Wiring

I've just got my nice, shiney new 21W HID head to replace the halogen head on my old but trusty AUL Spec14. But... anyone know what the polarity of the wiring is? There is a black lead and a white lead but I've no idea which goes to positive and which goes to negative on the battery and don't really like the 50/50 chance of frying my ballast before I even get it in the water.

Anybody know which is which or can take a peek under their lid for me?

Much appreciated (and yes I've emailed Salvo but they haven't got back to me and this is the only chance I'll have to rig it before the weekend).
