![]() ![]() | Top Marks for KENT TOOLING I know a lot of you out there already use or have been discussing Kent Tooling reels. I have a few myself...... I just sent my Meg stand back to John for a small modification and he turned it round in super quick time to get it back to me by this weekend. The work is great and the service is simply superb - thanks John! If you are looking for reels or other stainless goodies, this is the place to go. Cheers Steve |

![]() | Re: Top Marks for KENT TOOLING Have to agree with everything said here. The service John gives is spot on. I recently bought a KT box and John went out of his way to meet me at a boat I was diving on, on a Sunday, make up some one off brackets and also supply a number of spare bolts etc. He has also given a lot of advice in setting the unit up. Well done John it was a pleasure buying from you. Stu p.s. also have a KT reel which is a great piece of kit. |

![]() ![]() | Re: Top Marks for KENT TOOLING Louis Sorry - only just catching up on this. I had some d rings welded upright on the bottom bar, which I'm using to clip off my bailouts. It puts the cylinders back in pretty much exactly the same spot as if you were using a Golem or similar butt plate - nicely tucked out of the way. I got the stand because the std Meg can is too short for me and its uncomfortable of sitting kitted up for a while. Trims just fine, I have no problem getting horizontal - just move your onboard cylinders up a bit if you need to. I took the equivalent weight off of course. Steve |
