I've got a 40lb DSS single wing. It's about 25" long, 18" wide. It's also got about 8" between the bottom mounting hole and the bottom of the wing. This is the real problem with the sport kiss; there's only about 4.5" between the mounting stud on the case and the bottom of the case. With the singles wing that means a good 4" that can flop underneath when you're gearing up or down with the unit sitting upright. This is how I've put holes in my bc in the past. I can try and post pictures if this isn't clear.
Actually, look at my profile picture, you can see how far the wing hangs down from the case. I have the kiss setup with the bolts in the highest position.

At the recommendation of Scott and Celia the CCR40 will be shipped with a longer 19 inch corrugated hose, and a 30 inch LP hose.

Any DSS wing is available "debaged", without emboidery.
Tobin, is 'badging' available in alternate colors? I'm thinking dark grey would look really cool....

NM,

If you are asking if the embroidery can be done in colors other than Orange, we can, but It would add significantly to the lead time. Embroidery is one of the few things we don't currently do in house. (I want a commercial embroidery machine, but haven't found a reasonable deal yet)

Because we source the embroidery in pretty large batches "one" of anything would have to be part of the next order.

If you are asking if we can build the wing in a grey material the answer is Probably not. We use a true ballistic 1050 weave for the other shell. This material is available in a very limited number of colors, kinda like Henry Ford, any color as long as it is black

1000 denier cordura is available in a wide selection of colors, but 1000 denier lacks the toughness and more importantly the cushioning qualities that the courser 1050 ballistic weave does.

Wings fail due to impacts, and the thicker 1050 ballistic better protects the bladder.

Let me know if you had something else in mind.

Tobin
