Whats about Atomox Inc.?

4 Weeks ago I sendet them the money for 6 analysers. Up to this time i had a good contact by email. Since I sended the money, I heard nothing more of Atomox. Up to now, the did not anwerd any email or call.
Does anybody know anything about Atomox? Thank you for reply. I hope, i havent lost my money!

I just ordered a HeliOx analyzer from them about 6 weeks ago. They're still in business and will get back to you, just not real quickly as they are moving from Idaho to Washington state. The owner, Brad, made me aware of this in an email as there was a couple of weeks after I placed the order and didn't hear from him. Seems to be a stand up guy, from what I could tell.

Hi Guys,

thx for reply. So i hope i will get the analysers. I will sent a mail to brad again. I need the analyser soon because Iam planning some deeper dives in the red sea and i want exactly know, what the divecenter filled in my tanks.

If somebody have contact to Brad, please let him know, iam still waiting.

I have also tried to contact him by phone and email over the past few weeks on a simple question and have had no response.

I purchsed a Heliox analyzer a few weeks ago. It arrived late and incomplete. I have not received any response from Brad either voice or email. I have returned the unusable unit to them and am forced to contest the payment. It may be a great unit but the customer service is horrible and unacceptable. Buyer beware!
