Would someone who going to DEMA please try to give these guys a visit to review the new tool that supposedly allow texting messages while diving ?

Very cool (if it works). I had thought about such a device several years back but never followed through. No doubt others have had similar thoughts. Hopefully they've figured out the engineering and the price isn't ridiculous.

However, I have read a lot of scepticism on the Net about the company that supposedly making this device so would really appreciate if someone going to DEMA to check them out.

I thought the whole idea of diving was being somewhere the bloody phone doesn't work!!!

those guys show up every other dema, never want to talk to anyone who isnt obviously big money, the thing weighs a ton and on top of it all do you really want to dive where whenever your snorkle wearing doofus gets lost and cant remember what way is up he just presses a button and waits for a divemaster to come get him?

thank god its perpetual vaporware.

I was thinking about something to pass the time during long deco. I am tired of listening to music and stealing dive gears...
