US source for good mV tester

Anyone in the US found a good source for a small light weight multimeter to test the cell life? I want to throw one in with all my unit sales and training. So it has to survive ccr students

I picked mine up at Home Depot but it was not too cheap $40.00.

I use mine to check my batteries for my HID lights and scooter.

Radio shack at one time was good for this sort of thing.

Also check with Patrick at Oxycheq.

If you are thinking of buying them in some quantity and you are buying them over time I would suggest a commercial vendor and then play one against the other.

Allied Electronics, Mouser, Newark in one,

Also when you get the model you like compare it to a search engine like this- Find Chips. http://www.findchips.com/.

I have a commercial contact at Allied- but you really need to know what you want first. Let me know if I can help. Gee, I’m not a purchasing agent. Hehehehe

Great ideas, contacting them to get quantity pricing, and an eval unit to see what works best on the cells.
