Light weight cylinders ????

I have seen light weight cylinders ( ~ 13 cft ) that appear to be possibly carbon, fiberglass and/or some composite used on some rebreathers. I know these aren't approved for in water use, but I would like to know where to purchase some...

Any help or comments are appreciated.

When you find them remember that composite tanks don't like to be left out in the sun.
