It looks, erm like the original but black, very nice but what's the point, I don't mean to be negative.

Looks like the tanks will be made to fit on the outside, so the diver can use any size tanks and valves useful when traveling.

Looks good by the way.

Re: my ccr cover

It looks a bit taller than the original. So I'm guessing that it will hold 7L tanks instead of 3L ??

Re: my ccr cover

thanks guys,
yes the thing is its lighter for traveling and u can change the size of the tank to make it 7 or even 10, though in this picture i am still using the 3 liter ones, and its not taller then usual its the same hight.
i am not making it to sell it or what ever, it was more for fun doing it that is all, and i like it.
thanks alot for every ones answer,
you rock dudes

You should sell it, I think it looks fantastic.

Pay attention AP this is what you should have done.

Re: my ccr cover

I think it looks great. The major problem with most 3rd party cases I've noticed is that they cause major drag. To be light weight people drill holes in them and that causes even more drag. I managed to totally over breath an inspiration fighting to get to a line in a current, whilst using a metal box of drag.
So well done in making something that does what you want it to do whilst being light weight weight and not causing more problems than it solves!

Hugh

Bet you, that you could sell a fair number of them to if you wanted.

Re: my ccr cover

I agree, I think it looks great.
I like the idea of the standard AP box but don't like the limitations of the cylinders.

Are you considering making anymore? I would be interested!

John
