FS: AL20's for Optima

I have 2 sets of aluminum 20's with valves for sale.
They are available with or without the Stainless Steel band.
They are listed at DRE for $384, and I would like to get $250 without the band or $325 with the band.

what is the most recent hydro? also, are these 3000psi cylinders or the 2015's?

All hydro's are August of 2006. They were purchased new (by me) from DRE. They are 3000 psi Catalina tanks.

Set of LP steel 27's available also
(new in 06 with new valves in 08)
