Text under profile name?

How do I edit the text under my profile's name, above the picture. Right now it just says "New Member". Or do I not have enough Rebreather World street cred yet?

Brett,

You need to first make a 100 (useful) posts untill you can change that.
After you made those 100 (useful) posts, then in your user cp thing you'll get the option to change it.
