non-english documentation

A discussion about a study on SCR revealed a lot of documentation in this space exists in german and other exotic languages (no need to flame me, I am indeed german myself). As some Rebreather World members pointed out, not everyone speaks/reads german... and therefore has no access to the materials.

The interview with the science director of COMEX was an example where somebody took the initiative and provided a translation, but there is soooooo much stuff in german, italian, french, spanish, russian,... out there!

So what about a forum (maybe as part of the Rebreather World library), where people can submit a paper they are interested in and ask for it to be translated into english. Your thoughts?
