What are you all using to resize your pics. Mine are all to big....

the Gallery will auto resize them for you as long as they are under 2 meg.

I use Photoshop, a great program, but very expensive
Depending on your operating system, using a mac you can use iphoto or if you have a digital camera, the software that came with the camera may have an option for publishing web photos which you can use.

I use Photoshop CS however for a free (Windows XP) option go to http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/d...powertoys.mspx and download the "Image resizer" (found along the right column). Once installed, it allows you to right click on an image and resize it. Very easy and extremely fast.
