How to "ignore" particular thread ?

If there is a thread (not forum) I want to "ignore" like not show up at all when I select the "New Post" option, is it possible ?

If so, what are the procedures ?

I don't think so Phi, you can put individual posters on an ignore list so their new posts dont show but not threads that I am aware.

No, there is no one here I want to "ignore" (yet
