Why do you get posts from unregistered users in threads? Shouldn't posting be restricted to registered users only?

Not in the accidents and incidents forum or in the in memorial forum.

Reasons are

Accidents - a member might want to tell us about a near miss / cockup but not admit it was them.

Memorial - so people who only want to pay their respects dont have to join.
