New posts?

Why is it that when I select 'new posts' at the top of the page, it doesnt list them all, yet if I select 'find today's posts' under the 'search' heading, then it lists them?

As it says - it lists the NEW posts eg the ones NEW to you or the ones you have not read.

Todays posts are a different thing to new posts.

ta for that, its just that on YD, which has a similar forum setup will list all the new posts whether they have been read or not.

that's because they have not implemented the new database tracking and use the old cookie method.
