well if your not sure, you're not a forum veteran or just need some help with something computing, if no-one beats me to it (unlikely) PM or post here.

I've set a subscription for me on the forum, so go ahead and spam my mailbox

one thing though - no I'm not giving advice on how to beat my PacMan score.......
