Pear Error

I keep getting the following error page when I move from one Rebreather World page to another. Anyone know how I can get rid of this anoyance?

PEAR Error

MDB2 Error: constraint violation

dito!! usually get it after i type a long Pm and then loss it

yep its a known issue just as soon as Stuart return from the cave work have got him chained up in he'll get this and the other bits and bobs sorted out.
