Give some green!

I know there are lots of people posting some good stuff and people are learning new things.. If you appreciate a post and got something out of it, show the person you appreciate their effort and click on the smily face in their post (left corner below name).. This not only shows appreciation, but raises the person's reputation so when new members join, it makes it easier to recognize whose opinions are taken with higher respect.. I know there are several people on teh forum that deserve much more recognition than they are getting..
You can also add a short pvt comment to the person....

There is some problem with that though Joe and that is the system insists that you hand the green around before giving it to the person that you had given some for their previous 'recent' excellent post...

IMHO, this negates the usefulness of 'green' as we would then be handing out green to someone who may not deserve it just to get to the point where we could allocate that green that was deserved for the excellent post...

Surely it would be easy to identify IF someone was abusing handing out lots of green to the same person..
