So, was it you who hacked Stuart's account in an attempt to trigger exactly this reaction? A very sneaky and low way to get blobs. Sad, sad, sad :-)

Hi People,

First of all i would like to introduce myself... but i'll ask you not to flame if possible...

My name is Olivier borgognon, i'm the owner of a DC in spain and since today co-admin of that board that spammed you (I had just heard of the board 5 days ago, and am a member since 3 days). I have taken the decision to go public and expose myself personally on this case because it makes me sick.

My feeling is that the necessity was there for such a board and as a dc owner i really thought that we could make this thing work and become something good... with time, so this is why i joined the board and offered to take a good part of my spare time for it.

I am a guy of standards, respect, ethics... i get pissed of with standard violations and bad management, tricking clients etc make me sick. and i feel that any business, board, website and basically everything in life takes time, and we just have to bear with it until we reach our aim in a normal, ordinary way. rome wasn't built in a day... nothing will ever be either.

I was "promoted" co-admin today, and started getting a few things running on the board. always trying to get more from dive pros in a decent manner, respectful and courteous. Trying to get the industry to work up the ladder and not down with foul play.

Now for today :
(To be totally honnest i didn't even know about this spam business... you'll see it in a sec).

I thought that the board could do with some more "promoting" so i decided to contact a moderator on Scubaboard, asking if we were allowed to post a message or sticky on SB to talk about the board, and make a public announcement... only in the I2I section, without stating the board to start with.

Mania as i know many of you are on SB, told me about the SB rules, and that we were not allowed to do so, my only option being to put a link in my signature. I therefore thanked here for the info, and then went straight to my signature to update it.

She had also told me that some new board had hacked boards around, and was banned. I thought... damn i hope it's not them... i hope it's not them.

When i updated my banner well surprise surprise... it was them so i don't even want to tell you the shock. I hate that kind of shit... and it hit the Fan.

I sent my apologies from my personal point of view, couldn't do much more, with such little time on the team. I also asked for more info on what happened. She then told me that you guys had been Hacked, physically and got some emails stolen and so on.

So here i come, obviously not proud at all of being part of this now, and only wanting to get things straight again. To be very clear, i'm not coming here for anything kind on your part, but to try and solve this case.

I have opened a thread on the mod board, with all the info that i have in hand from SB, and i would seriously need more help from anyone who could on your part to solve this case.

This is NOT how professionals act, and NEVER will be my way of doing... so i now have 2 options...

1) leave that board and say bye... but that won't solve a thing.. if there's a stink in there.

2) Try and find the stink, solve the issue and help make that damn pro community a true professional one, and not a bag of shit.

To all members who got spammed, please accept my apologies on behalf of the good guys of that board, and i really hope that we can find the ones who did that... because i don't personally know them as many might imagine with internet nowadays.

To the Admins :
Can you help me on this case ? I just can't believe this is happening, and I will do my best not to let this go... so please give ME a chance if it's not them...
