Gap Software key

Hi guys,

I try for 4 weeks to get from Kees Hofwegen for my GAP software a new key. Does anyone know what's wrong with him.

I had some communication with him regarding a problem with the software end last year. About mid January all communication stopped, no reply whatsoever and the problem is still not solved.
