Does that make sense I will take some photos when i get back.

Cheers

Hi Chris,

Hope all is well. I ussually have help too, but still have a small clip line from my bungee to my CL. I have had my bailout bottle pop off the bungee(squeezing into some tight spots & once it just poped off) and with out the tag line it is impossible to retrieve it from under your arm. I dive in a drysuit, if warm water diving you could probably find her without the tagline.

Leave a dogclip attached near the neck of the tanks - so if they come out of the bungy you can just clip them off to the dring at the bottom of the counterlung.
I've never had them come out of the bungy accidentally, but I've pulled them out on deco and then just clipped off like a normal stage.

Yes, I agree. I have been meaning to add a neck ring with a dog clip, just to take the weight off when walking on land, or up the boat ladder. The 2 times the tanks pop off I think the mate used the tag line and not the innertube. I just make sure I double check when people give me a hand.

Re: Guess what I did?

re weight: I dive the grey wolf tech backplate (the long one with the dry suit bottle on the bottom.) I put two 4# soft weights in the c-lungs, and then clamp a 5# on the top of each tank beneath wt belt material stitched into an X. I'm 5'11", 210lbs, and dive a big fluffy weezle extreme plus.

I'm also local to you (NNJ, about 40 minutes from the tappan zee) if you'd like to check it out.

ps congrats on cutting in line. I had to wait 14 long months for mine!

Re: Guess what I did?

Congrats on your decision to buy a PRISM. I've had mine for about a year now. We switched over to a GreyWolf backplate and doubles wing immediately. Added some webing fastened to the bottom of the tanks with about 4lbs each pouch weights. The Greywolf tech plate has a spot for your DS inflation bottle and uses a standard single web harness. So it feels very similar to a Hogarth set up. Have fun with it. Who are you training with.

Re: Guess what I did?

Hi Rob,

How are you? I see you stole the patent pending, low tech, weight integration system . Anyhow, hope all is well. I never will forget how small the West End of Roatan looked from so far off shore and no one around.

Cheers.

Re: Guess what I did?

hey john, I was trying to figure out if that was you!

I love the wt belt strap method, it works brilliantly. Several folks have copied the idea from me, so royalties abound!

hope to see you on a boat sometime
