Where the heck is Steam Machines???????????

I've been trying to get a hold of Sharon for weeks. I call almost daily but can't get anyone. I have left messages...

Does anyone know what is happening with them? Perhaps Oceanic could track them down?

They were just here in Florida at the Rebreather Summit over the weekend, so they may be traveling.

i too have been trying. i have a rig in for repair and it's been since.....

I Imagine they are off on holiday, spending all the money Oceanic gave them when they sold the rights to the PRISM... I wonder if this is a prelude to the support old PRISM users can now expect

Like Rob said, they were presenting at the South Florida Dive show the 1st and 2nd. They probably were traveling a few days prior to that, and I would imagine, they are traveling back this week. A little well deserved vacation perhaps?

I heard back from Sharon today. She just got back from Europe. I jumped the gun by about 2 hours.

She did say that people should leave a message if there is no answer and that things should be settling down.

Got an email from Shas last night, as a matter of fact. Following up on an issue I had which was resolved by them sending me a spare head from USA to AUS to help me out. (I'd failed to send something to them for a number of months - oops)

I've never had a problem getting hold of them when I've rung in work hours, emails sometimes take a bit longer.
