(First place we tried had rock solid thick ice, so this was better)(As recuired for a training we dived in the part where there was no ice blocking the return to the surface, nor was there any more ice to come drifting into the bay) |

Yep - another confirmed Warm Water Wuss. (that's me dodging a manta ray ...)

![]() | Re: First cold water rebreather dive We got out again today, much nicer weather. No wind at all !! We didn't see any Manta Rays We did see lampreys, one ling cod, oh yeah and a duck that swallod a fishing lure (by the looks of it, several months ago) But the skys were blue and it was a chance to get the machine wet again. And the ice is almost gone ! |

![]() | Re: First cold water rebreather dive Your nuts Ken, I think I am starting to get Blairs mind thinking about rebreathers. After filling my tanks with helium again and finding out the price went up again. I am going to enjoy diving the wall in Toby this weekend with almost $100.00 in back gas. Glad to see your putting the machine to use. I want to come check it out soon. I am starting to consider one very seriously. Spanky |
