I did a pre-payment for another product not a rebreather in the past

and the company got insolvency

i would insist on a bank guarantee

Tend to agree, a couple of weeks to have something build is one thing, a year or close to it somethinng else. More so if the product is actually on the market.

Taking money (more so without a written money back guarantee, and yet more again with an idiotic, ridiculous "non-refundable") when you have nothing to deliever, not even a date, is wrong. Bad business.

Our market is small so they have been getting away with it. Won't last.

I can't believe it will be the case of Poseidon too but am waitin to decide if send account for order....

Lets see, Feb 08, this is Nov 07....Let me count on my fingers....Dec 07...Jan 08....Feb 08....About 3 months lead time...if they are able to deliver when expected...how many have waited that long or longer for a rebreather.....hmmmm
