there are any news about the amazing small veecam?

is the camera in production?

I am told my unit will be delivered in March with twice the upload capacity originally promised when we were told delivery by December.

Id rather they got it right than rushed it.

Hey Nad,

We saw few on the booth at the Birmingham show in October 2007. Quality very impressive and so small. No zoom from what I remember. I like it so much that I also ordered one. Hopefully it'll be here before the Sentinel course in the red sea!

If its delivered as promised Ill tell all after March.

At the moment all i can say is its a head mounted fire and forget unit. 8 hours recording that can be down loaded in segments so you don't have to dump four hours of nothing on to your PC.

Buttons only work to 10m so you mount it switch it on, forget it and go diving. I am told its 100m rated and on test worked down to 150m at which point the LED screen imploded. Wide angle low light lens is standard so Video lights are optional.

It has full play back on screen so you can watch your movie on deco. I hope i can edit out bits i don't need as well but I don't know yet.

I am told it will record on MP4 so i hope I can dump the files on my Ipod for storage whilst traveling but again thats not confirmed.

I clips i did see that were shot with natural light seemed plenty good enough for me but I am told the next generation will be available with HD capability.
