Some observations;
1. The wide angle lens is showing a round mask on the outside of the frame, try cropping the raw footage with an editor before putting together. (see end note)
2. There was a lot of camera shake/wobble, be conscious of this when filming. Press record well before the time you want to shoot where possible and let it run on afterwards for a few seconds to complete the shot. This allows longer cut scenes once a fade or post edit is applied.
3. Sound track, sometimes music all the way through is cool. On technical movies it is sometimes better to have a comentary which tells the viewer something which he cant see. Sometimes the silence or near silence straight from the hydrophone can give a sense of "being there". Remember what you felt at the time and try to convey that to the audience using all the tools at your disposal.

To improve some raw footage, a program like Adobe After-effects can make a huge difference. especially where that footage is taken in such a dynamic environment. It can remove camera shake and crop the film size. Remember that any post effects can only reduce the overall quality of your film.

Nice stuff. Good shots by the way, it sure beats the usual "watching the other divers fins/arse" kind of footage.
