Cheers Rodge No thanks. When I buy an expensive machine I want support from the manufacturer, not from a user. I've had my share of communication and support problems with overseas manufacturers. And if they can't be bothered or don't have the resources to answer pre-sales questions, then I don't think their support later on will be better. Over the last two years I've found two major exceptions in the diving industry, Amphibico and APD. Both have EXCELLENT customer support. <soap box mode off> But thanks for the offer Rodge. I still like the setup, but I'm worried about their support. Ciao, Peter |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Pelagian DCCCR I know the stories behind why you dont get answers from the homepage.....the rebreather dont even look like the one on the picture.... The homepage was just to measure the interest in the comunity for his upcoming products and now its going from prototype to ready for market. Its a slow matter for a small company thats is under construction. They spend all their time building the machines that customers have already ordered.I would guess its the same reason why its really hard to get answers from ISC (Megalodon).I wanted to come to the states, buy a machine and do the course...its quite a few dollars coming their way but I didnt even get an answer. I understand your point and why you are worried. I know that Rebreatherlab are hiring so more time can be spent on going to divefairs, answer e-mails and promotion in general. Best regards Roger |
