I got certifyed last year and loved diving it....its very compact (worlds smallest?)...I have ordered one for myself and its being made as I write this... Going to Thailand to pick it up in october..... I wrote a article about it after my course.. if you have not read it,here it is http://www.rebreatherworld.com/gener...light=pelagian It has a lot of nice designs...needlevalve O2-feed (no depthlimit)...big standard scrubber...around 3kg and a explorer-version with even more... Comes with bodyshaped CLs,possibility to blow diluent over sensors to varify pO2 meters/cells...possible to order it the way you want it with dumpvalves or/and plugins for offboard diluent and so on... Feel free to drop me a PM or keep discussing in this tread...I got lots of pics and stuff if interested.... The homepages has not been updated for a long time so there is a lot of newer info.. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Anyone diving a Pelagian DCCCR? Thanks, I somehow missed your article before - lots of good info. I really like the idea of blowing diluent over the sensors to validate - could save a lot of gas if it works. Any comments on build quality or service-ability? Jason |

The rebreather I dived was somewhat of a prototype so the last edition of the Pelagian is a bit different but all for the better....It now has a ADV and a DSV ready for instalation of any oc-reg you might prefer to make it in to a BOV .Have you seen the close ups on the head, dsv, scrubber so on? Posted them before....but can do it again if you would like to see... /Rodge |
