Pelagian in Jordan

Philip Barawitzka, Rod Abbotson and George Ionita all completed a Pelagian course in Aqaba, Jordan. The course was hosted by Dive Aqaba and run by Mark Ellyatt. We used S63's with the unit! A bit tight but it worked a treat.

Re: Pelagian in Jordan

Hello,

You beat me to it Rod, I just prepared a load of pics to post while comfy in bed this morning.

My first time in Jordan was great, Aqaba has plenty of dive sites both shallow with a veritable Grand National of Sea Horses and Frog Fish competing for memory stick space right down to Deep for Epic Duels with Optimism.

George, Rod and Phil did MOD 1 Pelagian over 7 days and Rod and George completed Dolphin user. We finished off the week with some simulated Trimix Deep OC dives which were fun too

Topside in Jordan is incredible too, what with Petra, Wadi Rum and ze Dead Sea all just an hour or so by car

Mark

Re: Pelagian in Jordan

Good decision! Best balanced rebreather on the market! Easiest to swim with - you have to become one with the unit - your brain is the electronics! Now do you trust your brain or a bunch of chips put together in a third world sweatshop somewhere!

Way to go

cheers
Rod
