![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ouroboros swagelock fittings Hi everyone. A while ago someone posted the details of the swagelock fittings for the ouroboros - it may have been on the forum but I can't get into that for some reason. I need a spare diluent side swagelock fitting to go on a drop bottle - could anyone help with the part number or do I have to get it from Delta P? thanks, Martin |

Be careful they are 'keyed'A while ago someone posted the details of the swagelock fittings for the ouroboros - it may have been on the forum but I can't get into that for some reason. Just got this lot delivered - spent a damn fortune! Im using the larger SS-QC6-D-4PFK1-SC11 for my offboards But the original ones were QC4's. If you look on the connectors on your manual injectors you should be able to read the 'Key' number. I 'think' its 'Key 1' for the Dil, not sure what the O2 one is. You need to get the right key number as they dont inter-fit. So likely the part number you need for male (stem) connector is SS-QC4-D-4PFK1-SC11, but best confirm yourself. SS = stainless QC4 = is size D = desco sealed 4PF = thread size/male/female (choose to match your hose fitting) K(n) = Key size (choose to match those on your unit) SC11 = O2 service (if using with O2) To give you an idea of price Im paying 33 UKP each for larger QC6 ones Id also recommend getting some protective caps. The stems are fragile and easily damaged the SS caps clip over them and keep them clean and safe - priced at 15UKP (for QC6 size) Part number SS -QC4-SP-K1 (or whatever your Key number is) SP = stem protector

This includes male and female connectors and protective caps. Typically the hose connections are either 1/4 inch NPT female or 1/4 inch male barb. The price is typically 10-12 USD per piece. I would be happy to send some over if people are interested. This are the same connectors that are shown on my Golem BOV. Dive Safe.. Mark |

I'd be interested in a couple, with an aim at fitting one to my bailout, dil hose, and my kiss BOV.This are the same connectors that are shown on my Golem BOV. Dive Safe.. Mark

There are several ways to do it...1) Via a barbed fitting on the QC you can insert it into a hose and clamp it with the appropreate ferrule. 2) There are adaptors avalible that will allow you to connect a 1/4 npt female connection to a second stage LP hose. Mark, do you have a link?I only found adapters to G1/8 thread but no 1/4NPT à la Swagelok. Thank you. Edit: I'm a big guy, I found by myself, M&J Engineering
