![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Scrubber Lid I packed my scrubber a couple of weeks ago but had to cancel the dive (fisherman blocking the port!) so left the unit packed. I got to do a few hours done this weekend but when I come to undoing the lid it just will not budge, and biy have I tried. I know that this has been discussed before but can anyone give me a few tips (other than "get some muscle you big whimp"). Many thanks. Fil |

Dont underestimate how much trouble this could give you. My suggestion is that you fix this decisively. Fix one of these to the bow of your boat next time and your port will be yours again. http://www.armamentsales.com/miniguns.htmI know that this has been discussed before but can anyone give me a few tips (other than "get some muscle you big whimp"). ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Scrubber Lid Just out of interest, did you back off a 1/4 turn after packing? I've left mine for a couple of weeks before and had no problem. Have you tried getting someone to lean on the spring loaded plate while you unscrew it? Martin |
