Re: Has anyone upgraded their O rings yet?

Number 54 will have it done this week to see if it cures the dome fit issue I now have preventing a decent negative.

Number 55 still going strong. And with the missus pregnant, that means a Boris worth of spares for me!!!

Re: Has anyone upgraded their O rings yet?

An O ring is the wrong seal for the application. Until they sort that out, then the Boris's lid will leak. Everything being done to try and solve it so far is a bodge. Re-jig the tooling and fit a chevron seal.

Re: Has anyone upgraded their O rings yet?

The SS/delrin modif is perfect and hold a neg overnight, my orings were changed due to the amount of hours on the unit (235h first time 440h second time)

DeltaP/CCR technologies are giving a superb and very quick aftersale service, let's be grateful !

I'll second the comments about the support, my O ring was changed when my dome cover was swapped for an in house one as part of the activity to stop my leaking issues.
